Brathay Trust: Paul is a Trustee Board Member and Chair of the Brathay Trust, a national charity for young people. Brathay's mission is: Through transformative experiences, learning and community support, Brathay Trust exists to ignite the potential within every young person, so they can thrive in a rapidly changing world.

IFS - Institute for Fiscal Studies: Paul is a Council Member for the Institute whose aims are to advance education for the benefit of the public by promoting, on a non-political process, the study and discussion of information and knowledge concerning the economy and it's social effects.
