3Dk over the last 20 years have established an exciting and dynamic programme called MARVEL. The programme selects rising stars and like minded Executives who work together as a team to build resilience, shared learning through a confidential network.
Our current programme is Marvel 4 - Fit for (4) the Future Business Development and Coaching Programme
The Marvel programme is for selected participants looking into the future for the skill sets needed for leaders and executives in the future…. hence the Future in this Marvel programme. The 15-month programme includes guest speakers and tutors from key areas.
Core components cover the areas: Looking up, influencing, and networking, the role of AI in our learning and in our business, a strategic perspective, decision making under pressure, working with ambiguity, sponsoring change, inspiring leadership and empathy, building resilience, commercial savvy and problem solving.
The group will consist of senior leaders from a mixture of backgrounds but with the essential common denominator of having a growth mindset. These leaders will be part of your talent and succession arrangements. The programme is a blend of experiential, conceptual and team development, building on networks and relationships.
MARVEL 1
Set up over 20 years ago, the group have supported each other through some extremely challenging times; providing a framework of learning and sharing through trust and respect has been invaluable to grow and develop as individual leaders.
MARVEL 2
A group of new up and coming Executive Directors who through the programme have shared and developed their resilience and drive to become the now, new CEOs of the future.
MARVEL 3
On our 20th year, 3Dk supported pro bono 15 young rising stars through the Marvel 3 programme to support their next chapters in life. They shared techniques and learning, they had great fun and achieved things they thought they never could, helping them to build confidence to establish their best self in the next chapters of their lives.
MARVEL 4
Fit for the future, Marvel 4 is a powerful programme which has 6 Director's who through a 15 month programme have learnt skills and techniques to strengthen their thought processes and strategic thinking, build their confidence and resilience and set themselves up to be the next generation of Executives and Chief Executives.
MARVEL 5
2025 - MARVEL 5 is our next exciting programme - will you be part of it?
The programme will start with an introduction in December 2025, and run for 15/18 months through 2026 to 2027.

The programme will start with an introduction in December 2026, and run for 15/18 months through 2027 to 2028.
