Paul Johnson
MD & Executive Coach
Paul is a recognised UK leader in coaching, housing, and business development. Formerly an executive director of two major housing associations, he founded 3Dk in 2002 and now specialises in performance, culture, and talent management coaching during times of change. He is widely respected for his executive coaching. He also serves as the Chair of the Brathay Trust and as a Council member of the Institute for Fiscal Studies.

Now, her portfolio spans chairing national organisations, housing and care consultancy, and executive coaching with 3Dk. Her coaching is regarded as 'best in class'.
Martin Cleworth
Executive Coach
Martin is an expert personal development executive and former senior police leader with 30 years’ experience up to Chief Superintendent, specialising in serious crime, counter-terrorism, and armed policing. He has a proven record of leading teams, delivering strategic change, and serving as Lead Negotiator Coordinator. Since retiring in 2022, he works with 3Dk and runs his own consultancy, teaching negotiation, decision-making and crisis management.

Sabrina is an experienced coach and trainer with a strong background in working with national organisations. She is known for creating environments that enable transformational change, using diverse coaching techniques to support thinking, goal setting, and overcoming obstacles. Alongside her coaching, she leads maternal mental health initiatives for a national fitness company, with a focus on supporting women returning to work or transitioning roles.

Business Manager
Michele has a flare for design, meticulous finish and attention to detail. She has strong personal values and is a meticulous completer-finisher, taking pride in the quality and professionalism in the output of projects and tasks, contributing to the success and enthusiasm of 3Dk. Her particular skills provide a stable foundation to all aspects of 3Dk, nothing is too much trouble and at times it feels like she really does move mountains for us!
Carol Johnson
Marketing Manager
Carol is the Marketing Manager and Company Secretary for 3Dk. She has worked in marketing and business analysis since 1998.She holds a degree in European Language and Social Sciences, and is a Chartered Institute of Marketing Graduate and Diploma holder. A key component of her experience has been in market analysis and developing impactful communication strategies.
